- 12 olives
- 6 slices turkey bacon
- 1 red bell pepper
- 6 mozzarella balls
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Wrap each olive with turkey bacon.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
- Cut small pieces of red bell pepper for the ‘iris’
- Insert a piece of bell pepper into the mozzarella ball and place an olive on top for the ‘eyeball’.
Notes
- For a spicier version, use pepper jack cheese instead of mozzarella.
- These can be prepared a day in advance and baked just before serving.
