- 1 cup apple cider
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 onions, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
