  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter, then press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in apple cider, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until fully combined.
  6. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  7. Bake for 55-60 minutes until the center is set and a bit jiggly.
  8. Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
