  • 3 large eggs

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Mix together graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in apple cider, vanilla, and cinnamon until well combined.
  6. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  7. Bake for 60 minutes or until set. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
