  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup apple cider
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add in the sugar, sour cream, apple cider, and vanilla extract; mix until combined.
  6. Beat in the eggs one at a time until fully incorporated.
  7. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the pan.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  9. Allow to cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
