Apple Cinnamon Breakfast Quesadillas

Start your day off right with these delicious Apple Cinnamon Breakfast Quesadillas that are easy to make and full of flavor.

Ingredients

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup diced apples
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the diced apples, cinnamon, and brown sugar.
  2. Heat a pan over medium heat and melt 1 tablespoon of butter.
  3. Place one tortilla in the pan and sprinkle half of the cheese over it.
  4. Add the apple mixture over the cheese, then top with the remaining cheese.
  5. Cover with the second tortilla and cook until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
  6. Remove from the pan, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

  • Feel free to add nuts or other fruits!
