Apple Crisp Recipe

  • 4 cups sliced apples
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced apples with cinnamon and half of the brown sugar. Place in a baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, mix the oats, flour, remaining brown sugar, and melted butter until crumbly. Spread over the apple mixture.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes, or until apples are tender and topping is golden brown.

Notes

  • Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
  • Try adding nuts for added crunch.
