  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a bowl, mix chopped apples, sugar, and cinnamon; set aside.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth; add sour cream, eggs, and vanilla, mixing well.
  5. Gradually add flour to the mixture until combined.
  6. Pour half of the cheesecake batter over the crust, layer with apple mixture, then top with remaining batter.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is set.
  8. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
