  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups sliced apples
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup oats

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
  4. Pour cream cheese mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
  5. Toss sliced apples with cinnamon and place them on top of the cheesecake layer.
  6. In a separate bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, and oats. Sprinkle the mixture over the apples.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set.
  8. Let the cheesecake cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
