  • 6 medium apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare the pie crust and place one in a pie pan.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the sliced apples with sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, and flour.
  4. Fill the pie crust with the apple mixture.
  5. Cover with the second pie crust, seal edges, and cut slits for steam to escape.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes until the apples are tender and the crust is golden brown.
