  • 1 ripe avocado

  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, crack the eggs and cook to your desired doneness.
  3. While the eggs are cooking, toast the bread until golden brown.
  4. Mash the avocado in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
