Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas mashed
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix the mashed bananas, rolled oats, honey, and peanut butter until combined.
  3. Add cinnamon, salt, and chocolate chips if using. Stir until mixed.
  4. Pour the mixture into the baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Let cool before cutting into bars.
