  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 24 ladyfinger cookies
  • 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  2. In another bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture gently.
  4. Dip each ladyfinger into the cooled coffee briefly, then layer in a serving dish.
  5. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  6. Add a layer of banana slices and drizzle with caramel sauce.
  7. Repeat the layers: ladyfingers, mascarpone mixture, bananas, and caramel.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
