  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, brown the ground beef and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions; drain.
  5. In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef, noodles, cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, and 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and top with remaining cheese and crumbled bacon.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and cheese is melted.
