Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat together the cream cheese, butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently mix until just combined. Fold in the berries.
  5. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
