A delicious Big Mac Casserole that combines all the flavors of your favorite fast-food burger into a comforting dish.

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup pickles, diced
  • 1/2 cup special sauce (thousand island dressing)
  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, adding the onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper as it cooks.
  3. Once the beef is cooked, drain any excess fat and mix in the pickles and special sauce.
  4. Unroll the crescent roll dough and line the bottom of a greased baking dish with it.
  5. Spread the beef mixture evenly over the dough, then top with cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the dough is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • This casserole is best enjoyed fresh but can be reheated.
  • For an extra kick, add some crushed red pepper to the beef mixture.
