- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat together the cream cheese, milk, melted butter, and egg until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently fold to combine. Be careful not to overmix.
- Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Divide the batter evenly among the prepared muffin cups.
