Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat together cream cheese, butter, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined, then gently fold in the blueberries.
  5. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
