- 4 strips turkey bacon
- 1/2 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Cook the turkey bacon in a pan until crispy.
- In the same pan, add diced chicken ham and sauté for a few minutes.
