Brownie Cookies are a deliciously decadent treat that combines the fudgy texture of brownies with the convenience of cookie form.

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix the melted butter and sugar until combined.
  4. Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and mix well.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set.
  9. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
