- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix the buttermilk, egg, melted butter, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.

- Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake and cook until bubbles form on the surface.
- Flip the pancakes and cook until golden brown on the other side.
- Meanwhile, cook turkey bacon in another skillet until crispy.
- Serve the pancakes warm with turkey bacon on the side.
