  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the chicken, seasoning it with Cajun spice, and cook until browned.
  3. Add bell pepper, onion, and garlic, sauté until softened.
  4. Stir in the orzo and pour in the chicken broth; bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer until orzo is tender.
  6. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until creamy.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot.

Notes

  • For extra heat, add more Cajun seasoning as desired.
