Cajun Cream Cheese Alfredo Bowties with Spiced Ground Beef

A rich and flavorful dish combining creamy Alfredo sauce with Cajun spices and ground beef.

  • 8 ounces bowtie pasta
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
  3. Add minced garlic and Cajun seasoning to the skillet; stir well and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  4. Reduce heat and add cream cheese and heavy cream. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  5. Mix in grated Parmesan cheese, cooking until melted and well combined.
  6. Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce, stirring until fully coated.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper, to taste. Serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra spice, add additional Cajun seasoning.
  • This dish can be made ahead of time and reheated.
