  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in the Cajun seasoning and cook for another minute.
  4. Add the cream cheese and heavy cream to the skillet, stirring until the cream cheese is melted and the mixture is smooth.
  5. Mix in the cooked bowtie pasta and Parmesan cheese, and stir until well combined.
