  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, chopped onion, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
