  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine mashed potatoes, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, green onions, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mold the mixture into small puffs and coat them in breadcrumbs.
