- 2 pounds potatoes
- 1 pound smoked sausage
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and cube the potatoes, then place them in a large mixing bowl.
- Slice the smoked sausage and add it to the potatoes.
- In a separate bowl, mix ranch dressing, garlic powder, and onion powder.
