  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk

  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes with the olive oil, ranch dressing mix, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat.
  3. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
