  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped

  2. Stir in the flour to create a roux, cooking until it turns a golden brown.
  3. Add the garlic and stir for 1 minute.
  4. Slowly pour in the chicken broth, stirring continuously until thickened.
  5. Add the shrimp, Cajun seasoning, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper; cook until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
  6. Serve over white rice and garnish with green onions.
