  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and butter until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla, mixing until combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a lined baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the edges are set.
  9. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
