  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add chopped turkey bacon and cook until crispy, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Add cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
