Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Rolls

Delicious Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Rolls that are perfect for a comforting meal.

Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Boil the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, ricotta, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Take a lasagna noodle, spread a spoonful of the chicken mixture, roll it up, and place in the dish.
  6. Repeat with remaining noodles and filling.
  7. Cover the rolls with the remaining Alfredo sauce and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  9. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add spinach to the chicken mixture.
  • Leftovers can be reheated in the oven or microwave.
