  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Lay a noodle flat, spoon some chicken mixture onto it, and roll it up; place seam side down in the baking dish.
  6. Repeat with remaining noodles and filling.
  7. Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the top, and sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  9. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
