  • 8 ounces fettuccine
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions; drain.
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy; remove and chop.
  3. In the same skillet, melt the butter and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Add the cooked pasta, turkey bacon, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  7. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add chopped parsley on top before serving.
