Chicken and Broccoli (Chinese Takeout Style)

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger; sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken slices and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in broccoli and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Mix soy sauce and cornstarch with chicken broth; pour over chicken and broccoli.
  6. Cook until sauce thickens and chicken is cooked through.
