  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the flour, eggs, milk, and melted butter until smooth to create the crepe batter.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour in a small amount of batter, swirling to coat the bottom.
  3. Cook for about 1 minute until golden, then flip and cook for another 30 seconds. Repeat with remaining batter.
  4. In a pan, sauté onions and mushrooms until soft. Add shredded chicken, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour in cream and simmer until thickened.
  6. Fill each crepe with the chicken and mushroom mixture, then fold and serve.

Notes

  • For richer flavor, add cheese to the filling.
  • These crepes can be made ahead of time and reheated before serving.
