- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 ripe avocado
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 4 slices whole grain bread
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup lettuce
- 1 tomato, sliced
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook in the skillet until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the chicken and let it rest before slicing.
- In a bowl, mash the avocado and mix in the mayonnaise.
