  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced beef and cook until browned.
  4. Add broccoli and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
  5. Mix soy sauce and oyster sauce with broth and cornstarch; pour into the skillet.
  6. Cook until sauce thickens, then drizzle with sesame oil before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of soy sauce to taste.
