Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with liners.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until just mixed.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips and set aside.
  6. In a separate bowl, combine brown sugar, oats, and cinnamon for the crumble topping.
  7. Fill each muffin cup with the batter and top with the crumble mixture.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Allow to cool before serving.

Notes

  • For an extra chocolatey flavor, add more chocolate chips on top before baking.
