Christmas Cookie Lasagna Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed Oreos
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup Christmas sprinkles
  • 2 cups chocolate pudding mix
  • 4 cups milk

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix crushed Oreos and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan.
  2. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Fold in whipped topping and chocolate chips.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the Oreo crust.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together chocolate pudding and milk until thickened.
  6. Pour pudding over the cream cheese layer.
  7. Top with remaining whipped topping and sprinkles.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For an added crunch, consider adding nuts or additional toppings.
  • Make sure to chill properly to set the layers.
