1 pre-made pie crust
2 cups whole milk
1 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup granulated sugar
4 large eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a saucepan, combine milk and cream and heat until just simmering.
In a bowl, whisk together sugar, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
Slowly pour the hot milk mixture into the egg mixture, whisking continuously.
Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the custard is set and a knife inserted comes out clean.
Let it cool before serving.
