  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

  • 2 cups peeled, chopped apples
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.

  3. Add softened butter, eggs, and vanilla extract, mixing until just combined.
