Cinnamon Roll Apple Lasagna

A deliciously rich dessert that combines cinnamon rolls with layered apples, creating a unique twist on traditional lasagna.

  • 2 cans cinnamon rolls
  • 4 cups sliced apples
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix sliced apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
  3. Layer half of the cinnamon rolls in a greased lasagna pan.
  4. Spread half of the apple mixture over the dough.
  5. Repeat the layers.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  7. In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  8. Spread the mixture over the baked layers and serve warm.
