Classic Crockpot Pierogi Casserole with Kielbasa

A comforting and hearty casserole featuring pierogi and kielbasa, perfect for family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound frozen pierogi
  • 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a crockpot, layer the frozen pierogi, sliced kielbasa, and chopped onion.
  2. In a bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture over the layers in the crockpot.
  4. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
