  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups warm milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add flour, sugar, salt, eggs, and butter to the yeast mixture. Knead until smooth.
  3. Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour.
  4. Roll out the dough, sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon, and roll it tightly.
  5. Slice the rolls and place them in a greased baking dish.
  6. Let them rise for another 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add chocolate chips in the filling.
  • These rolls are best served warm.
