- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups warm milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add flour, sugar, salt, eggs, and butter to the yeast mixture. Knead until smooth.
- Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough, sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon, and roll it tightly.
- Slice the rolls and place them in a greased baking dish.
- Let them rise for another 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
