  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 pieces chicken ham
  • 2 cups red wine
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. Add the chicken ham to the pot and brown slightly.
  3. Pour in the red wine and chicken broth, scraping the bottom for flavor.
  4. Add the garlic, onion, carrots, thyme, and bay leaf. Stir to combine.
  5. Return the turkey bacon to the pot and simmer for 30 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
