  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup cowboy butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions.
  2. While the pasta cooks, heat a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the cowboy butter and let it melt.
  4. Season the chicken thighs with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, then add to the skillet.
  5. Cook the chicken until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  6. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes.
  7. Slice the chicken and add it back to the skillet along with cherry tomatoes.
  8. Combine with the cooked linguine and toss to coat.
