Crack Breakfast Casserole

A deliciously indulgent breakfast casserole combining turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 8 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup cooked chicken ham, diced
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Add the chopped turkey bacon and diced chicken ham to the egg mixture.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and sprinkle cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Can substitute turkey bacon with regular bacon.
  • Add more vegetables for extra flavor.
