Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and chop.
  2. Add onions and garlic to the pot, sauté until translucent.
  3. Add mushrooms and cook until softened.
  4. Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Gradually add vegetable broth, stirring constantly to prevent lumps.
  6. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes.
  7. Stir in heavy cream and cooked bacon, heat through.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
