Creamy Cajun Chicken Pasta

A flavorful pasta dish that combines creamy sauce, Cajun spices, and turkey bacon for a deliciously unique meal.

  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the turkey bacon and cook until crispy. Remove from skillet.
  4. In the same skillet, add the diced chicken and Cajun seasoning. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink.
  5. Add garlic and cook for another minute.
  6. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  7. Add the cooked pasta and grated parmesan cheese, stirring well to combine.
  8. Fold in the cooked turkey bacon and green onions.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
